Thursday – Thanksgiving!/Leftovers (we’re eating at 2 p.m.)

Friday – Leftovers or Out

Saturday – Leftovers or Out

Sunday – Leftovers (Jon made a LOT of curry 🙂 )

Fitness

Monday – CrossFit

Tuesday – Rest day

Wednesday – Rest Day

Thursday – CrossFit

Friday – CrossFit or at home workout

Saturday – Run or at home workout

Sunday – Run or at home workout
