Monday – Pumpkin Turkey Chili with Baked Potato

Wednesday – Something to use up the potatoes I bought…casserole?

Sunday – Yelper Party

Chili sounds sooo good to me right now. Fall comfort food anyone?

Thursday – Tampa Bay Watch volunteer day…will be shoveling oyster shells. It’s an arm workout!

Friday – CrossFit

Saturday – CrossFit

Sunday – Yoga

I’m on a roll with CrossFit. I went 4 times last week. I’ve only been going 2 times because I’ve either been too sore or busy. But I feel like I’m getting in a groove with it now. They do a free yoga class on Sundays that I’m also going to try and add to my routine.
