Monday – CrossFit

Wednesday – CrossFit

Thursday – Rest Day

Friday – CrossFit

Sunday – CrossFit

Of course this will depend on how sore I feel from day to day. If I’m too sore to do an intense workout, I’m going to let my body rest. CrossFit is still new to me 🙂
